Mudras can help regulate blood flow throughout the body. Two mudras that help a great deal in managing low BP are Apana Mudra and Prana Mudra.
Apana Mudra - Fold your middle and ring finger towards the thumb and bring your thumb closer to the folded fingers. Press the folded finger's tip on the tip of the thumb. The other two fingers should be kept straight. Place both hands over the knees with your palms facing upwards and practice deep breathing.
Prana mudra - Join the tips of the ring and little finger with the tip of the thumb. Keep all the other fingers straight. Place both hands over the knees with your palms facing upwards and practice deep breathing.
